Private Construction Lending Program - Residential Urban Infill (GTA)

  • GTA land loans at 75% loan to value ('LTV') of lot purchase price and appraisal
  • Hard cost construction financing upto 100% of loan to cost and less than 75% of Appraisal Value
  • All soft costs to be paid by borrower
  • 1st mortgages  start between 7.5%-8.5% -  interest only  
  • 2nd mortgages  start at8.5% - interest only
